Cell Renewal -What I eat for Perfect Skin for 3 days

Everything is organic and hormone free that I use,
I mostly shop at Aldi's and I get it delivered to 
get high quality and be more strategic with what
I buy. Shop where the food is primary organic 
and healthy versions of everything.

Day 1
Scrambled Egg in butter with minced fresh garlic
Mozzerella on top
1 Slice seeded whole grain toast butter and raspberry 
jelly fruit only, no sugar
organic butter helps control your hormones, this
has been especially helpful to me!

Snack- Sliced yellow and red bell peppers, & cucumber
dipped in red pepper hummus
Bell Peppers increase collagen production

Early Dinner

Black Beans & Brown Rice with Sauteed  ground Chicken with seasoning. Served on crisp whole 
wheat tortialla with guacamole.  Kale saute in olive oil
on top. 
2 to one ratio on beans and rice

Dinner

Whole Sweet Potato mashed plain

Snack - almond crackers with sliced white cheddar

Last meal- Green Drink for cells,
heaping tablsp of Greek Yogurt, 1 cup almond
soy or cashew milk, a hand full of fresh blueberries,
2 tblsp whole fresh Pomegranate seeds. 
A scoop of each of these Sprouts Ginger Spirulina

This drink is my secret to cell renewal and perfect skin!
Use the tiny scoop in the Broccoli Sprouts for ginger
as well. The Lemon Powder must be whole lemons including the rhine. 
Day 2

Breakfast- Oatmeal 2 to 3 tbspn cooked in water
Topped with Fresh Blueberries and Wild Honey

Lunch- Hard boiled egg salade made with spicy
brown mustard on whole grain toast with 
wild greens and havarti melted open faced.
 A hand full of Blue Corn Tortilla Chips side

Dinner- Protien Oat Pancakes (aldi's) with
fresh blueberries and honey 

Green Drink

Tea- Hibiscus all day long. The health benefits 
of this tea are incredible.

Day 3

Greek yogurt with berries and honey

Kale Burger on open seeded bread with mixed 
greens and avacado
Side Blue Corn Tortialla Chips

Snack- Pita Chips and Hummus

Dinner- Garbonzo Bean Pasta with fresh garlic
minced and pesto with olive oil, topped with
parm. If you want an additional protien grilled
half chicken breast or organic chic meatballs.

Green Drink

If I am hungry I eat! I just eat really high quality food.
I also do eat dark chocolate over 80% organic without 
sugar, HU is a fantastic one. Hu
