At Home Skin Care
There are many ways to take care of yourself
and not have to leave the house to look your
best! Here are some of my at home recipe's
to feel fabulous and glow from head to toe.
Tumeric Mask for Instant Glow & Tight Skin
half an egg white
half tspn honey
half tspn organic tumeric
Mix all three until blended, 1 minute
Apply to face and Neck over the sink with an
applicator brush. This will drip and stain! Leave
on until dry approximately 5-10 minutes.
Results- refined pores, tight, glowing skin and
feeling marvelous! If you have an event this is
the one!
Eye Mask
In a small recycled eye cream jar,
add half tspn espresso grounds to
several shakes of tumeric add a
few drops of Olive Oil.
Affect- DePuff for morning Zoom
meeting. Reduces dark circles over
time and coffee reduce inflammation.
Coffee Sugar Scrub
Save old espresso grounds in the fridge for a week
combine- approximately two tblsp espresso grounds
with eqlual part brown sugar, add a tblsp OliveOil
Blend thoroughly. I use old moisturizer jars to keep
this in for the shower. Use whatever receycled jar
you have handy.
Apply in circular motions all over your body.
This refines your skin to feel like silk, moisturizes
and the coffee detoxifies and helps with cellulite
and discoloration. If you want to supercharge add
two shakes of tumeric, with caution it is very
messy. For an over glow with silky skin!

cover with plastic for 30 minutes. Sit in
the Sun or warmth for the duration.
